21-Day Challenge – Day 4 – Recognition as a person and sensory stimulation

29475310_sWishing you a wonderful Thursday today. Let’s make ourselves comfortable and start the day with a cappuccino and taking in the sunshine. Time to give ourselves a treat and charge our battery for the harmonizer part inside of us!

Our harmonizer part wants others to accept us as we are. Unconditionally. This part of us wants to be appreciated for who we are. No more, no less.  Even a hug without words expressing “I feel you, I’m with you” is enough and is charging our harmonizer battery.  What also raises our personal energy levels is anything that stimulates our senses: sights, smells, touches, tastes, sounds…  Like a good massage, a spa treatment, a nice dinner, a bouquet of flowers, a nice perfume, the exquisite champagne truffle …

Being recognized, appreciated, loved for whom we are is the psychological need of our harmonizer part – together with the sensory stimulation.

It is a psychological need and yet, we expect others to satisfy it for us so that we feel good! Sometimes we are lucky and the people around us do this naturally. Sometimes, it doesn’t work like that.  Being aware and taking responsibility for our own battery helps us to influence our own personal energy at all times. It’s so important to authentically care for ourselves and make sure we give ourselves what we need. The danger of expecting it from others is that other people will not necessarily charge our battery and then it runs empty. An empty battery steers us into sabotaging/distress behaviors. It is our battery and we better take good care!

If you take a moment and feel inside your harmonizer part, the warm, compassionate, sensitive part of you.. then what do you feel? Just tap into this part of you – small or big – and feel… What is this part of you longing for? If this battery could speak out and tell you what it needs, what does it want from you?

  • How will you nurture your harmonizer part?
  • What is it that you would love to get from others that you can give to yourself?
  • Unconditional acceptance or love of  YOU… what feelings do you observe when you tap into this?

The way I will take care of this part of me today is by taking extra care of my environment so that it stimulates my senses and charges me.  Getting a beautiful, cheerful bouquet of flowers feels just right.

With this 21-day challenge, we put awareness and intention in managing our personal energy by satisfying our psychological nees of all 6 types in our personality architecture. By doing this, we reinforce the effect and you will soon experience your personal energy and efficiency going up!

Please share how you will charge your battery and observe the effects of putting intention and awareness in your personal energy!
