21-day Challenge: A battery a day keeps the doctor away!

Triggered by life’s challenges and fueled by my commitment to self-care and taking ownership of influencing my own energy levels, I thought it would be more fun to do this together!  I’m sure that I’m not the only one who benefits from raised energy levels!

This is an open invitation to join me on this fun and impactful program “A battery a day keeps the doctor away”. Let’s have a look at

and bottom line: it works, it’s fun and it sparks your imagination!

  1.  What is it based on and how does it work?

The program is based on the Process Communication Model developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler.  The model is completely researched and scientifically validated. It teaches interpersonal and self-management skills, and gives detailed information on how people behave under difficult conditions and stress – and how to deal with them in a productive way.

One aspect of self-management is taking care of your psychological needs. We call it “charging your batteries”. Doing this has a direct impact on your energy levels. Different people have different needs. If you want to know yours, you can contact me for a PCM personality profile and a coaching session around that. You can also join the program and simply experience which battery charges you more than other ones. For those of you who know your profile and your phase/stages and base psychological needs, I’m inviting you to join in and experience what it brings you if you charge ALL of our batteries for 21 days!

I will explain one battery a day, share how I am charging my battery on that day and I’m inviting you to share how you will charge that specific battery on that day.  Please lean in and share your experiences!

You will experience an increase in your personal energy levels, you will develop better self-management techniques and you will get a better understanding of how different people are motivated in different ways.

As you have more energy, you will be able to be more present, be more engaged at a deeper level in conversations and you will experience yourself more productive, more efficient, less stressed and thus more positive in conversations.
